Please read the following terms carefully. By paying for a commission, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service. These are subject to change and update, but I will do my best to announce any large changes. If you have any questions about the terms, contact me at [email protected].
COLOR/GREYSCALE COMMISSIONS
· Expect at least 2-4 weeks for me to complete your commission ONCE I get to your slot. If you have a time constraint, please let me know and I will move you!
· This is not a first come first serve, I will look over your form to see if I'd do a satisfactory image for the both of us.
· All payment will be done through PayPal invoicing. I take USD currency.
· I will only start your commission after the full payment and all the references are sent. Do not send payment till I ask!
· Depending on character or clothing complexity, I will charge more case by case.
· I will send WIP previews for approval at different stages. I allow 2 fixes per commission.
Any fixes beyond the base 2 are subject to a $10+ charge depending on complexity.
If I have made an artistic error(i.e anatomy or forgetting a detail stated by the commissioner), it will not count.
· Please understand that your character will be re-imagined in my style.
· Understand I will pick the colors of your character from your ref for the flats however environment, effects, and STYLE can effect the final colors.SKETCHES COMMISSIONS
·Sketches will be given as-is, with minor revisions.
·Props are subject to $10+ upcharge depending on time it will take to draw.I WON'T draw:
-Explicit NSFW (risqué is fine!)
-No backgrounds (Props are ok and are subject for upcharge depending on how big it is!)
-I will not draw pedophilia, incest and/or anything hateful.CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
· If you need to cancel your commission ; I will provide a full refund minus the work that has been done.( i.e If your commission was in the sketch portion, you’ll only pay for the sketch.)
· I reserve the right to cancel and/or refund a commission at any time.
· There will be NO refunds for completed work.RIGHTS
· Customer DOES NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
· The artist retains full rights to the artwork. You MAY NOT sell prints, claim credit, or use for advertising (fliers, posters, etc), profit or non-profit.
· You may use the commission image FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes using the image as a wallpaper, icons, signatures, etc. Credit is preferred anywhere the artwork will be public.
· I might post completed commissions to my twitter ; If you wish to keep it private tell me!.
